The article discusses sports movement in Nordic sports and examines how the characteristics of these sports within the different dimensions of sports movement are connected. Movement is said to have three human dimensions, including bodily, emotional and social movement. The article also traces the history of sports in Nordic countries, including Denmark, Sweden and Norway in an effort to understand the links between the dimensions.
