dc.description.abstractThe article presents the results of a study which compared the ways in which training at either high or low intensity affected aerobic capacity in male middle-distance runners. An overview of related previous research is provided, along with details of the experimental protocol. It found that training with intensity near the lactate threshold produced better results.no_NO
